Helena & Asher - a Coromandel wedding

Helena and Asher have been together almost 11 years, and only recently decided they "should probably get married" - in true Helena & Asher style. This is a couple who are not only truly and passionately in love with each other, but who are extremely loving and devoted parents to their four beautiful children.

Helena is one of the most chilled out brides I've worked with so far. She knew exactly what she wanted, showing me just one picture of a bouquet she liked, and asked if I could design something similar but in my style. The brief was for pastels, rustic and relaxed, with succulents from the garden, and yellow roses should be included which were her nanas favourites.

The bridal bouquet consisted of various pastel coloured roses, lisianthus, white limonium, succulents, and milano ruscus. Instead of bridesmaids Helena had two of her three young daughters walk down the aisle and join her and Asher at the altar as they married. The girls each had a small posy similar to hers, and Asher wore a simple spray rose and succulent boutonniere.

It was such an honour to be a part of this beautiful couples special day xx
